Initial Consultation: Schedule a 30-minute phone meeting with our School Director. 

School Tour:  Participate in a guided tour of the school to familiarize yourself with our programs and environment.

Application Submission: To proceed with the application process, please submit the following required documents:

• Completed Admissions Application form
• Parent Statement
• $150.00 non-refundable application and intake fee *

Supplementary Documentation:  For the application to be considered complete, please provide all relevant documents:

• Current Individualized Education Program (IEP), if applicable
• Prior Evaluations or assessment (e.g. Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology)
• Behavior Support Plan, if applicable
• Current progress reports and/or work samples
• Signed Exchange of Information form, if applicable

Observation and Meeting:  As a part of the evaluation process, the following steps are required:

• Student visit to Learning Springs Academy for observation
• Observation at the student’s current school (if applicable)
• Family interview
• Assessment to determine if a Level 1 or Level 2 Behavioral Therapist is required

Application Review:  The interdisciplinary team and School Director will carefully review the submitted materials.  An official letter notifying you of the enrollment  status decision will be sent to you.

Enrollment Completion:  Upon acceptance, families will receive an enrollment packet and a Behavior Therapist contract (if applicable).  These documents must be completed and returned tot he school office.  Once all required paperwork is received and verified, the enrollment will be finalized.

*Please note, if you are inactive in the application process for 4 weeks, we will close your application.  Families are welcome to reapply at any time.
